Young Wolves Rising
Adam will be in the main event of Ring Of Honor's 10th Anniversary iPPV! It will be "Young Wolves Rising" Eddie Edwards - Adam Cole VS Davey Richards - Kyle O'Reilly Check Back Soon For More Details! Adam Cole On "Ring Of Honor Wrestling" Adam Cole was on this weeks "Ring Of Honor Wrestling", although not wrestling, Adam appear's at ringside to offer support to a fellow wrestler. Check out ROHWrestling.com for when they put the video up. ROH In Cincinnati Febuary 17th Prior to "The Homecoming 2012" in Philadelphia, Eddie Edwards came down with a serious staph infection that prevented him from competing in his scheduled No Holds Barred bout against Roderick Strong. The former World Champion figured he would have a night off but was shocked when Adam Cole stepped up to take the place of Edwards. Truth Martini, in typical condescending fashion, attempted to dress Cole down before the fight started, and received a superkick square on the jaw for running his mouth. Cole fought with every ounce of heart he had, withstanding abuse from not only Roderick's arsenal of offense, but from chairs, guardrails, and even The Book of Truth itself. He gave it back as good as he got it, forcing Michael Elgin to get involved to save Roderick at one point which in turn brought out Edwards to fend off "Unbreakable" interference. Ultimately Roderick proved too much for Cole, but in the process, Cole proved to both himself, and the notoriously vicious Philly fans who gave him a standing ovation, that he was one tough customer. "Congratulations Adam Cole." Said Truth Martini, "You proved that you know how to get your head caved in by my man Roderick Strong and that you know how to take advantage of an unsuspecting man. I was simply expressing my freedom of speech in the very city where our freedoms were born and you felt it necessary to kick me in the face because you disagreed with my beliefs. Not the proper attitude for the city where our founding fathers signed the Bill of Rights if you ask me. But please don't think you are going to get away with your brazen assault on my person Adam Cole, I have it on good authority that in Cincinnati you will have a very large, very unbreakable opponent standing across the ring from you. Those founding fathers I mentioned, they once wrote that all men are created equal...they were wrong, but it's not their fault, Michael Elgin just hadn't been born yet." That's right, on Friday night February 17th, when ROH hits Cincinnati for the first time ever; it will be "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin vs. Adam Cole! They last met on back-to-back nights in November, both in Four Corner Survivals, and both nights Elgin pinned Cole to win the bouts. Between those defeats as well as Elgin’s recent involvement in the Philly NHB match, Adam Cole certainly has all the motivation in the world to be the man to break the "Unbreakable". Given the conflicts between Edwards & the HoT, the way Cole stepped up for Eddie in Philly, and how Edwards got involved the next night when Kevin Steen attempted to give Cole the banned Package Piledriver, you can bet Eddie will have his eye on this one as well.
Finally, coming soon - "Panama's Finest - The Best Of Adam Cole"

A big weekend for Adam Cole last week, as ROH had shows Friday and Saturday.
Adam proved that he is a future main event star in Ring Of Honor as he kept up with Roderick and kept coming back after everything Roderick did to him.
But after interference from Truth Martini and Michael Elgin, Adam would eventually lose the match, but gained the respect from the crowd, who gave Adam a standing ovation.

The next night, Adam Cole went against Kevin Steen. It would be Kevin that got the win in this hard hitting match up. After the match, Kevin Steen went for the Package Piledriver (which is banned in Ring Of Honor), but Eddie Edwards made the save.
Sorry about the lack of updates - I've just moved house and only got my computer up and running today - Dan, Webmaster. In the final CZW World Title Match at the ECW Arena, Adam Cole took on Devon Moore. Although Adam came close and had most of the audience convinced that he was taking the gold home, Devon pulled through with the victory. Upcoming this weekend, Adam has two matches for Ring Of Honor. First on Friday- January 20th, ROH is in Philadelphia for "The Homecoming 2012". Adam teams with his Future Shock tag team partner, Kyle O' Reilly to take on Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjiman - Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team. These teams have gone at it before, but with Haas & Benjiman's recent title lose and change of attitude - both these teams have something to prove. Click HERE for more information. The, then following day, Saturday - January 21st, Ring of Honor hits Norfolk, VA for the very first time and along with that also come this 1st time ever match when one-half of Future Shock, Adam Cole, takes on "Wrestling's Worst Nightmare" Kevin Steen! The following is taken from ROHWrestling.com
"This is big." offered Adam Cole, "For me, on my own, this is maybe as big as when I fought my way into the Survival of the Fittest finals in 2010. Kevin Steen is an absolute madman. I experienced that first-hand when Kyle and I fought him and Steve Corino in Dayton that same year, and from what I can see he's only gotten worse. His time away from ROH just made him...crazier, and now he wants to take Ring of Honor hostage. That puts a lot on my shoulders in Norfolk, a lot of weight honestly. Whether anyone else feels it, I don't know, but I feel this responsibility to do whatever I can to stop Kevin in his tracks before he gets anywhere near the ROH World Title." These two men have stood opposite one another before, in tag matches, as part of the aforementioned "Survival of the Fittest" in 2010, but this is the first time in Ring of Honor that they have gone one-on-one. Steen brings with him a streak of brutality that Adam Cole hasn't really faced in his ROH tenure, but based on his above comments, Cole has a fire inside him that Kevin didn't encounter in their previous meetings. The eyes of the wrestling world will be on Norfolk, VA this Saturday night when Ring of Honor comes to town and Kevin Steen vs. Adam Cole will be one of the many reasons why. It has been announced that a member of the CZW Roster had a major challenge ready to announce. Last night via CZW on YouTube, Adam Cole officially challenged Devon Moore to a match at the FINAL CZW event at the Asylum Arena on January 14th. The year 2011 was a
huge year for both men. Adam Cole was a champion for well over a
year, finally losing the Junior Heavyweight Championship to Sami Callihan
last month at Night of Infamy. Despite many believe that Cole was
only champion for as long as he was due to being the boss’s
favorite. However, much of Cole’s championship reign occurred before
DJ Hyde aligned himself with the
Panama City Playboy. Despite the controversy, Cole defended the
championship in multiple countries while winning various tournaments
including Best of the Best
X and the recent Junior Heavyweight
Tournament held as part of Project
Mayhem in
England. Devon

Long before Adam Cole was seen competing around the world and his talents landed him a contract with Ring of Honor wrestling, Adam Cole competed here in the Eastern Wrestling Alliance and reigned as Cruiserweight champion. Cole has since blown-up as one half of the tag team 'Future Shock' in RoH, competing against the likes of former WWE tag team Wrestlings Greatest Tag Team (Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin) and former Impact Wrestling tag team The Young Bucks. Cole has also seen prominent singles action as he recently took Former TNA X Division Champion & Current RoH Television Champion Jay Lethal to the limit falling just short of victory.
Farrell is recently off of successful
wins over two former champions in Wesley Mercer & Shaun Cannon.
Come January 13th, Trent Farrell will have what many people may say
will be his toughest test to date. They said he couldn't be the
Cruiserweight Champion and he proved them wrong. They said he
couldnt beat his former mentor and he proved them wrong. They said
he couldnt defend the title and he proved them wrong. Now they will
be saying he can't defeat RoH star Adam Cole...Can he prove them
wrong? Followed by Trent's reply: Visit EWAmaryland.com for tickets and more details.

On Friday, Adam & Kyle O'
Reilly took on Wrestling Greatest Tag Team. After a back and forth match
up, Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjimin got the win after a miscommunication
between Future Shock left Adam open to a double team slam.

Later that night, Roderick Strong was
left without an opponent, as "Die Hard" Eddie Edwards was unable to
compete due to a staph infection. They were due to wrestle in a
"No-Disqualification" match - Adam Cole stepped up to the challenge.
